Simple to set up, and simple to use. The piloted customer portal is here to stay! Starting this 2020 irrigation season, every patron on every ride will be able to order water and track their water usage online.
North Unit Irrigation District (NUID) will be hosting an event at the fire hall on March 5th from 10am-12pm to walk you through the new features of the customer portal and to help you get your account set up.
We will be covering topics such as (1) getting your account linked, (2) tracking your water usage, (3) ordering water online, and (4) tracking your land usage, and more.
You cannot get signed up without speaking to an NUID staff member. An NUID staff member must provide you with your customer number and pin to set up your account. This can be done by phone at any time, or we will be prepared with iPads and these numbers to get you set up in person at the event.
