The NUID Board of Directors met today, Friday, March 29, to set the 2024 Water Allotment and turn-on/delivery date. An allotment of 1.00 for Deschutes and .50 for Crooked River water rights was set. Basin conditions will be closely monitored, and additional water may be allocated as conditions allow.
Water will be available for delivery on Monday, April 15. To ensure timely water delivery, please place your water order online before 5 PM April 12, 2024. You may also contact the NUID office at 541-475-3625.
Canal priming operations will be conducted the week of April 8. Please remove irrigation equipment, such as wheel line sections or above-ground pipe that may have blown into district canals before priming to ensure smooth, unobstructed water delivery. Have a wonderful afternoon and Easter weekend!
