Board of Directors

The district is a quasi-municipal corporation, governed by a five-member board of directors elected by landowners within the district. Board members serve three-year terms. Board member elections are held the second Tuesday of November.

To be eligible as a director you must:

Be 18 years of age or older.
Be the owner of water right land situated within the boundaries of the district from your respective division.
Be a resident of the State of Oregon.

Position: Vice Chair-Division 1

Covers the northwest area of the Agency Plains from Fir Lane north to the Deschutes River.

Ryan Feigner

Position: Board Director-Division 3

Covers the eastern area of Madras between Gateway and Highland Lane and east of South Adams Drive and Baldwin Drive.

Evan Thomas

Position: Board Director-Division 4

Covers the Culver area south of Eureka and Dover Lanes to Highland & Iris Lanes between Baldwin Drive and Lake Billy Chinook.

Vern Bare

Position: Board Director-Division 5

Covers the southern portion of the project south of Iris and Highland Lane to the Crooked River.
